Hello everyone!
Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone and tell a little about myself and my road to creation. I found Yahoo! groups in October of 2005 and started using Incredimail letters. I fell in love with so many of the creations that I would see come through my email box that I began to wonder if I could someday, be able to create something as wonderful as what all those creators out there were doing.
In March of 2006, I got my hands on PSP 9 and have been hooked ever since. I jumped right into the frying pan and never looked back. Well, not so true, I guess. I have looked back quite a bit over the past few weeks. My style box, when I did my last backup of my letters, showed me as having 230 shy of having 16,000 stats!!!! WOW!!!! And here I am wondering why my memory is running so slow!
So I have been slowly sharing stats and deleting them. No worries of not having them again, as they are all stored neatly away in their own folder on my external. In doing this, I have come across many of my “first” stats. All I can say, is OMGosh!!! I really have come so far! I am not near where I want to be yet, but I am well on my way.
I used to feel very intimidated by animation. I have done a total of 5 or 6 animated stats now. I think I have my own little trick of doing them. I self taught myself, so with doing that, I think I am doing very well!
I am beginning to take a turn into Digital Scrap Booking. A few friends of mine, Melanie and Cheryl being the main two, have tried to get me into scrapping and I just wasn’t there yet. Well, I started doing a lesson that Lisa had up a few weeks ago, on how to do a quick page. I think that was all it took! I have done 6 quick pages and last weekend I completed my very first kit, as I am sure you read.
I am in the process of working on a new one right now and can’t wait for you all to see it!
Well I guess now that I have babbled on and written a small book, I should shut up now and move on to my creating. I hope you have a wonderful day/night where ever you may be.
Hugs,
Ang
